Dr. Sabri Pllana

Biography

Dr.Sabri Pllana is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science of the Linnaeus University in Sweden. He contributed to several EU-funded projects and he coordinated the FP7 project PEPPHER. Sabri Pllana holds a PhD degree (with distinction) in computer science from the Vienna University of Technology in Austria. He is associate editor of Computing journal (Springer), and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Research Interest

Dr.Sabri Pllana research interests include heterogeneous parallel computing systems, and cognitive computing techniques for learning parallel programming.
